Cauliflower Mash


I must have eaten a whole head of cauliflower tonight! This super easy side dish accompanied my Siracha honey baked chicken wings (not featured).


1 cup Low Sodium Chicken Broth

Hidden Valley Ranch Seasoning Mix

Head of Cauliflower

Green Onions



  1. Chop cauliflower into small florets

2. Bring chicken stock to a boil on medium-high heat

3. Boil cauliflower until tender and mash with a fork, blending

broth and cauliflower

4. Mix in 2 tsp of ranch seasoning mix and finely chopped green onions
