Eat this for better skin!


This winter weather has my skin looking dry and dull.  Please tell me I’m not the only one! I was excited to try this delicious combination of salt and citrus and the added health benefits don’t hurt either. I’m always thinking of ways to consume vitamins that are beneficial to the skin and hair. So, eat yourself beautiful with the recipe below:

First of all, have you ever seen a more gorgeous avocado? Yeah…that’s what I thought! This salad is jam packed with nutrients to beautify and healthify yourself! (Yes, I just made up a word). Enjoy!




Thin Sliced Prosciutto


Dressed with black pepper, lemon juice, and a drizzle of olive oil (My new favorite way to dress salad-so light and fresh and so very european of me!)

I lightly dressed this salad because the citrus from the grapefruit is usually enough. A light balsamic would also work too. I added prosciutto, because well, it’s delicious and adds a saltiness to the salad. If you prefer something a little healthier grilled chicken would sub nicely as well.
