I don’t believe in cutting carbs, fad juice cleanses, or skipping meals. I believe in eating well, fueling your body with the right stuff, and transforming bad habits into better ones! I believe that healthy food does NOT have to be boring. I believe I can help YOU, dear reader, achieve your fitness and lifestyle goals with this collection of workout tips, healthy bites, and stories from my life.

I’ve been a serial dieter since I can remember, and through many trial and errors, I’ve learned that healthy living is just as much a mental game than a physical one and ultimately it’s all about balance!

My goal at The Conscious Bite is to inspire others to celebrate enjoying nutritious foods, consciously changing habits, and living a healthier and more fulfilling life.
